I’ve been a part of the Post Office Retail Sales Awards live stream coverage since 2015 but this year I got to be a part of the live in-room show as well. With dhol drummers and a stunning performance from Pixie Lott, it was, as ever, a fantastic night.

The Arqivas are one of the funnest events in my presenting calendar. Each year, many of the most impressive names in the radio industry are invited to attend the award show, which for the last two years has taken place at The Roundhouse in Camden. This year I got to interview Melvin Odoom, Joey Essex, Matt Cardle, Christian O’Connell, Tony Blackburn, Rob Beckett and Myleene Class among others. Check out the highlights below:
I love itsu and was thrilled to be asked to star in their latest training video. I got to spend the day in one of their newest branches – Westfield London – and their very first branch – Kensington, learning what makes the company unique and eating sushi.. yum.
